1. Estimates and quotes

We may provide estimates or fixed quotes for work. Estimates are an indication of likely cost and may change if the scope of work changes or additional issues are found. Fixed quotes will clearly state what is included.

2. Booking and cancellations

When you book an appointment, we will agree a date and time window. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments where reasonable.

3. Access and safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and making sure we can reach the areas where work is required. We may refuse to carry out work if we believe conditions are unsafe.

4. Materials and parts

We may supply materials and parts as part of the job. Where possible, we will use quality components from reputable suppliers. Any warranties on parts are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed with you before work is carried out. In most cases, payment is due on completion of the job. Larger projects may require staged payments or deposits.

6. Guarantees

We aim to carry out work to a high standard. Any guarantees on workmanship or parts will be explained to you at the time of quoting. Guarantees do not cover misuse, lack of maintenance or changes made by others.

7. Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this website and will apply to any new work agreed after the update.
